Refund Policy
Information about using this website and contacting the ministry.

When a refund may be requested
Contributions are voluntary and generally final. We review refund requests for duplicate payments, an incorrect amount, a contribution made in error, or suspected unauthorized use of a payment method. Other requests are considered individually. Any rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
How and when to request a refund
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of the contribution or as soon as you discover the issue. Email ggeorge@jgministries.xyz or call +1 941 210 8220. Include the contributor’s name, payment date, amount, transaction reference if available and the reason for the request. Do not send a full card number, security code or bank credentials. The 30-day request period does not limit any longer rights provided by law or your payment provider.
Review process
We aim to acknowledge and review requests within five business days after receiving sufficient information. Additional verification may be required to confirm the transaction and protect the contributor. We will communicate whether a refund is approved or whether further information is needed. A request does not itself guarantee approval.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. We do not redirect a refund to an unrelated person or payment account. After a refund is issued, the time for it to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution; allow approximately five to ten business days, although some methods may take longer.
Recurring contributions
Cancellation stops future scheduled contributions; it does not automatically refund previous contributions. Requests for previously processed payments are reviewed under this policy.
Unrecognized payments
If you suspect fraud, contact your financial institution promptly as well as the ministry. You are not required to give up any bank, card-network or legal dispute rights to request our assistance.
