Cancellation Policy
Information about using this website and contacting the ministry.

One-time contributions
A one-time contribution does not create a subscription or an obligation to contribute again. An unsubmitted contribution or giving inquiry may be abandoned at any time. Once payment has been processed, any request to reverse it is handled under our Refund Policy.
Recurring support authorized separately
Recurring support requires separate, express authorization stating the amount and schedule. If you have established such an arrangement, you may cancel future contributions through the service managing it, where available, or by contacting the ministry. There is no cancellation fee charged by the ministry.
Requesting cancellation
Email ggeorge@jgministries.xyz or call +1 941 210 8220. Provide your name, the email associated with the arrangement and a transaction reference if available. Do not send sensitive payment credentials. Please allow up to three business days for us to process a request and, where possible, contact us at least three business days before the next scheduled payment.
Effective date and confirmation
Cancellation applies to future payments that have not already been submitted for processing when the cancellation takes effect. We will confirm cancellation or explain any additional step required with the payment provider. If a scheduled payment is already processing, contact us to request review under our Refund Policy.
Past payments
Cancellation does not automatically refund completed contributions or affect any applicable statutory rights. Requests concerning errors, duplicates or unauthorized payments are reviewed separately.
